ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the learned advocate for
the plaintiff for granting permission to file rejoinder to the reply filed
by the defendants on injunction application Exhibit 10.
2. Perused the application and handwritten say filed on
overleaf of this application. Heard both sides.
3. On perusal of record, it appears that the plaintiff has
filed injunction application Exhibit 10. The defendants have filed
their reply on application Exhibit 10. The plaintiff wants to deny the

contents of reply of defendants by filing rejoinder. The plaintiff has
annexed the rejoinder along-with present application. Therefore, an
opportunity requires to be granted to the plaintiff to file rejoinder to
the reply filed by the defendants to application Exhibit 10. No
prejudice would be caused to the defendants, if the application is
allowed as the defendants will get an opportunity to argue in respect
of said rejoinder at the time of hearing of application Exhibit 10.
Thus, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, I pass the
following order :
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. Permission is granted to the plaintiff to file
rejoinder to the reply filed by the
defendants to the application Exhibit 10.
3. Rejoinder filed by the plaintiff alongwith
this application be taken on record.
4. Costs in cause.
