ORDER
Perused application and reply. Heard both sides. It is
submitted by plaintiff that defendants can directly pay the rent,
property/municipal taxes, permitted increases and outgoings, in
respect of the suit premises to the plaintiff. The plaintiff will accept
the same without prejudice to their rights and contentions.
Therefore, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.

2. Defendant is permitted to pay monthly rent,
arrears, property municipal taxes, permitted
increases, outgoings in respect of the suit
premises directly to the plaintiff. Plaintiff is
further directed to issue receipt about the same.
3. This order is passed without prejudice to the
rights and contentions of both parties.
