ORAL ORDER:
1. This is an application filed by Ld. Advocate for the
plaintiff for granting permission to comply with the order dated
23.06.2025 passed below Exhibit Nos.14 and 15.
2. Perused the application and handwritten say given by Ld.
Advocate for the defendant on overleaf of the application. Heard
both the sides.
3. From the perusal of record, it reveals that the
applications Exhibit Nos.14 and 15 filed by the plaintiff for setting
aside no reply order dated 26.03.2024 passed below applications
Exhibit Nos.11 and 12, have been allowed by this Court as per order
dated 23.06.2025, subject to cost of Rs.400/- to be paid to the

defendant on or before next date. The Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff
stated the reason in this application that the plaintiff was not aware
of the said orders till date. Considering the reasons mentioned in the
application and in order to avoid multiplicity of the proceeding, in
the interest of justice, it is just and proper to give an opportunity to
the plaintiff to pay the costs as per order passed below applications
Exhibit Nos.14 and 15 dated 23.06.2025. Thus, the application
deserves to be allowed. Hence, I proceed to pass the following
order:-
ORDER
1. Application Exhibit No.16 is allowed.
2. Permission is granted to the plaintiff to comply with
the order dated 23.06.2025 passed below Exhibit
applications Nos.14 and 15 respectively on or before
next date, without fail.
