at Exh.14. The parties have settle the dispute vide Consent terms
Exh.14 and mediation report Exh.13. Therefore, in view of mediation
report Exh.13 and consent terms Exh.14, the suit is settled between
the parties before mediation. Hence, I pass the following order :

1. The suit is settled amicably in view of Consent Terms
at Exh.14 and mediation report Exh.13.
2. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
