Perused the application and reply. Heard both sides. It
appears that by way of passing order below Exh. 15, the permission was
granted to the defendant without prejudice to the rights and
contentions to the parties to deposit the rent. It appears that there is a
delay of 4 days in complying the said order in the month of August
2023. As the permission was granted to deposit the rent without
prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, I am of the
opinion that no prejudice will cause if the delay is condoned.
Accordingly, following order.

1) Application Exh. 29 is hereby allowed as follows :
