ALONG WITH LIST EXHIBIT NO.10:
1. Mr. Harishchandra Vasant Sawant, the plaintiff (P.W.1)
filed his evidence affidavit at Exhibit No.9 and documents along with
list at Exhibit No.10.
2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff.
3. On perusal of record, it appears that the suit is
proceeded exparte against the defendant as per order dated
24.09.2025 passed below Exhibit No.1.
4. Documents at Sr. No.1 (page Nos.1-6) are the original
Receipts of Assessment Tax issued by concerned public authority.
P.W.1 has deposed about these documents in his evidence affidavit.
The same have come from proper custody and have formal proof.
Being the original documents, they are admissible in evidence and
marked as Exhibit No.11/1 to 11/6 respectively.
5. Documents at Sr. Nos.2 and 3 (page Nos.7 and 8-14) are
the copy of order dated 16.11.1973 and order dated 30.06.1970
passed by Addl. Dy. Collector. These documents are more than 30
years old documents. P.W.1 has deposed about these documents in
his evidence affidavit. The same have come from proper custody and

have formal proof. Being the copies of orders, they are admissible in
evidence and marked as Exhibit Nos.12 and 13 respectively.
6. Document at Sr. No.4 (page No.15-16) is the counter-foil
of rent receipts. P.W.1 has deposed about this document in his
evidence affidavit. The same has come from proper custody and has
formal proof. Being the original document, it is admissible in
evidence and marked as Exhibit No.14.
7. Document at Sr. No.5 (page No.17-22) is the office copy
of demand notice dated 16.05.2013 issued to the defendant through
the plaintiff's Advocate. P.W.1 has deposed about this document in his
evidence affidavit. The same has come from proper custody and has
formal proof. Being the office copy of notice, it is admissible in
evidence and marked as Exhibit No.15.
