1. Read the application and reply. Heard learned Advocates for the
parties.
2. This is an application for extension of time to deposit monthly
compensation. By order dated 03.10.2023 passed below Exh. 6,
appellant/Original defendant was directed to deposit the monthly
compensation. Accordingly, the appellant has deposited the monthly
compensation till November, 2023.

3. In view of reasons mentioned in the application, it is just
and proper to allow the appellant to deposit the monthly compensation
for the months of December, 2023 and January, 2024. No prejudice
will be caused to the respondent/original plaintiff, if the application is
allowed. Hence, we pass following order.
O R D E R
1. The application Exh. 22 is allowed with direction
that the appellant shall have to deposit
compensation for the months of December, 2023
and January 2024 on or before next date and
continue to deposit the same in accordance with
the order dt. 03.10.2023 passed below Exh. 6
2. Parties to take note.
