Plaintiff and his advocate present before the court. The
plaintiff has filed withdrawn pursis vide Exhibit-10. The defendant
No. 2 duly served and she has no objection to withdraw the suit. The
other defendants have not duly served. The matter is at initial stage.
Hence, considering withdrawn pursis vide Exhibit- 10, the suit is
disposed off as withdrawn unconditionally. The court fees be
refunded to the plaintiff as per rules.
