ORAL ORDER:
1. In view of order passed at Exhibit-13, both parties arrived
at withdrawal of present suit as the suit is filed inadvertently through
mistake in this court. The application vide Exhibit- 13 is filed by the
authorised person of the plaintiff as per Exhibit-14. They have filed
withdrawal application at Exhibit-13. In view of withdrawal pursis at
Exhibit-13, I pass the following order.
: O R D E R :
1. The suit is disposed off as withdrawn in terms of
Exhibit-13.
2. Court fee refunded to the plaintiffs as per rules.
3. The plaintiffs are permitted to file fresh suit in the
proper forum.
