1. Plaintiff No.2 is present before this Court for himself and
as a C.A. for plaintiff No.1. Plaintiff No.3 is also present before the
Court.
2. Ld. Advocate for the plaintiffs submitted that the matter
is amicably settled between the plaintiffs and the defendant out of
the Court and, therefore, plaintiffs do not want to proceed further in
the matter.

3. As the plaintiffs do not want to proceed further with the
matter, the permission is granted to the plaintiffs to withdraw the suit
unconditionally vide order passed below Exhibit No.11 dated
24.07.2025. In view of withdrawal application Exhibit No.11 and for
want of prosecution, I proceed to pass the following order:-
ORDER
1. The suit is disposed of as withdrawn
unconditionally.
2. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the
plaintiffs as per rule.
