ORDER
. This is an application filed by defendant No.1 for condonation
of delay and permission to file written statement on record. It is
requested to allow the application.
2. The plaintiff has strongly opposed this application on the
ground of not showing sufficient cause.
3. Heard both sides. Perused case record.
4. Noticeably, this application is filed within 90 days from the
date of service of summons. According to me, if delay is condoned,

no prejudice will be caused to plaintiff and matter will be expedited.
The grant of application will assist in full and final adjudication of the
matter and will minimize the multiplicity of the proceedings. Hence,

2 The delay is condoned and defendant No.1
