1. The defendant has filed application stating that the court
has passed order on 25.07.2023 vide Exhibit- 11. The court has
granted stay to the said order till 11.08.2023. Hence, prayed to stay
the order till one week.
2. The say filed by the plaintiff on the same application
stating that this application is a malafide. Sufficient time was already
given to challenge the order passed below Exhibit-11 dated
25.07.2023. Hence, plaintiff prayed to dismiss the application.
3. Heard both sides at length. Both adovcates and their
parties are present in the court. The settlement talks is going on
between both parties. Both advocates assured that the matter may be
settled between both parties. Hence, it is necessary to allow the
