ORAL ORDER :-
1. Matter was referred for mediation. Mediation Settlement
report received from Trained Mediator Judge V. G. Upadhye vide
Exhibit No.10 contending that parties have settled their matter
amicably by filing consent-terms.

2. The partner namely Shri. Amish Laxmichand Gangar of
the plaintiff-firm along-with Advocate of plaintiffs are present. The
defendant along-with his Advocate present.
3. On enquiry made with the partner of the plaintiffs as
well as the defendant, they have admitted contents of consent-terms,
it bears their signatures and signatures of their respective Advocates
and stated that the matter is amicably settled between them as per
the consent-terms. Hence, in view of consent-terms below Exhibit
No.11, I pass following order:-
O R D E R
1. Suit stands decreed in view of the consent-terms
Exhibit No.11.
2. Copy of consent terms Exhibit No.11 be treated as
part and parcel of decree.
3. Court fees be refunded to plaintiffs as per rules.
4. Consent-terms Exhibit No.11 be kept along with
Exhibit No.1.
5. Parties to bear their own costs.
6. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
