ORDER ON ADMISSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT FILED BY
PLAINTIFF.
1. The CA of plaintiff Neveille Pires has filed his affidavit
in lieu of examination-in-chief vide Exhibit-34 as P.W.1. In support
of examination-in-chief, he has filed on record list of documents
along with Exhibit-31. Defendant filed his say below Exh.33.
2. Heard both the sides. Perused the record, proceeding
and list of the documents.
3. The document at serial Nos.1 is original office copy of
letter dated 19.08.2024. The plaintiff has stated about the said
documents in his affidavit evidence. Being original in nature and
coming from proper custody, it be marked as Exhibit- 35.
4. The document at Sr. No.2 to 7 are certified copy of the
electricity bills. Being certified copies, bearing seal and signature of
the issuing Authority and coming from proper custody the said
documents are be marked as Exhibit-36 (Colly).

5. The document at Sr. No.8 and 9 are certified copies of
the account statement in respect of Acc. No.9500000564885. Being
certified copies, bearing seal and signature of the issuing Authority
and coming from proper custody the said documents are be
marked as Exhibit 37 (Colly).
