ORAL ORDER :-
1. Perused the application, handwritten say given by
Advocate of the plaintiff and record.
2. Present application is filed by defendant No.2 for himself
and as a Chairman of defendant No.1 for giving direction to the
plaintiff for inspection of the documents relied upon in the plaint and
supply the legible copies of the same in advance.
3. Advocate of the plaintiff has given handwritten say
contending that without admitting the allegations made in the
application, both parties be directed to give inspection of the
documents relied upon by them.

4. It appears from the say given by Advocate of the plaintiff
that the plaintiff is ready to give inspection of the documents relied
upon by it. In respect of the giving inspection of the documents by
both parties, in my opinion, as the defendants have not filed their
pleadings in the suit at this stage defendants cannot be directed to
give inspection of the documents which they wants to rely. Hence, I
pass the following order:-
: ORDER :
1. Application is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is directed to provide legible
copies of all the documents relied upon by it to
the defendants in advance.
3. The plaintif is directed to give inspection of
all the original documents referred to and
relied upon by them in the plaint by giving
seven days prior notice to Advocate of
defendants either in office of Advocates of
either of the parties or in the Bar Room of the
Small Causes Court, Bandra Branch, Mumbai.
4. The plaintiff and the defendants to comply the
above said order on or before next date.
5. Costs in cause.
