Suit No. 547/2019 dated 04.08.2022. Today, the plaintiff / decreeholder has moved a pursis informing the court that the possession of the suit premises has been recovered and the decree is executed fully. The bailiff report dated 21.06.2023 (Exh.10) also fortifies that the execution warrant is served upon the judgment debtor and is executed against him with the police aid. The decree holder has given up the cost of the suit vide pursis Exh.12. He is allowed to dispose of the inventory articles seized from the suit premises.
