Heard learned advocate for the plaintiff. Perused record
and proceeding of the execution application. It appears that RAE Suit
No.855 of 2004 was decreed on merit on 08.08.2022. The learned
advocate for the plaintiff argued that defendants have not challenged
order dated 08.08.2022. I have called report from Index Department. As
per report, there is no stay to the present proceeding. Hence, I proceed
to pass the following order :
ORDER
1. Issue warrant of possession for execution of
decree as per order passed in RAE Suit No.855
of 2004 dated 08.08.2022.
2. Bailiff Mr. P. J. Khanvilkar is hereby appointed
