The applicant No. 1(a) on behalf of the applicants has
submitted an application for permission to withdraw the revision
application. His Advocate is present. He submitted that he does not
wish to proceed with the revision as the dispute between the parties
has been amicably settled in view of Consent terms. Therefore, the
applicant No.1(a) does not want to proceed with the present
revision. Hence, in view of order passed below Exh.6, we pass
following order.
