ORAL ORDER :
1. This application has been filed by the proposed legal
representatives of deceased decree holder, Ramchandra Galugude
seeking permission to come on record.
2. According to the applicants, they are legal heirs of
deceased decree holder, who died on 1/10/2025. This proceeding is
exparte against all judgment debtors. Further, this is execution
proceeding and hence, the provisions of abatement of suit do not
apply to this proceeding. Consequently, application deserves to be
allowed. In the result, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. Applicants are permitted to come on record as
legal representatives of deceased decree
