ORDER BELOW EXH.No.15
(Passed on 22nd July, 2025)
1] The applicant along with her counsel Mr. Prashant
Bhosale and the counsel Mr. U. V. Shroff for the insurer are
present.
2] The applicant has filed the claim petition in respect of
injury sustained to him for Rs.1,00,000/- along with
interest.
3] The matter is settled between the parties in the
Mediation. The mediation Report is received vide Ex.16.
4] The contents of compromise composition /
application are read over and explained to the applicant.
5] He admit the same, hence the compromise
composition is read and recorded.
A W A R D
1. Application is Allowed in terms of Consent pursis at
Ex.15.
2. Claim is settled for a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- (Rupees
-- 1 of 2 --
Four Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Only) inclusive of NFL
amount, if any.
3. Within four weeks from today insurer shall credit the
aforesaid amount through RTGS / NEFT only in the bank
account of this Tribunal as per following details, failing
which the amount shall carry interest @ 7% p.a. from the
date of award till its realisation.
4. The insurer shall credit the aforesaid amount through
RTGS / NEFT only in the bank account of this Tribunal as
per following details :-

5. On deposit of the amount, Accounts Officer shall
transfer the said amount by way of RTGS/NEFT to the

his bank account passbook photocopies duly verified by his
banker against proper identification by following the
procedure of Law and Rules.
