1 The applicant and his counsel present. Insurer through
counsel present. Judge mediator submitted report Exh-16 that,
matter is settled. Both parties submitted settlement terms and
conditions Exhi-17. I have read over the terms and conditions to
the applicant and he admitted that, the conditions amount etc
are true and correct. hence, insurer is here by directed to pay
directly in the account of the applicant Rs. 1,25,000/- one lakh
twenty five thousand as per settlement. If failed, applicant is
entitled to claim interest as per the settlement.
Award be prepared accordingly.
