In MACP No.2186 OF 2019
1. Read the application moved for withdrawal of NFL
amount along with accrued interest thereon, in compliance
with the order passed u/S.140 of M. V. Act passed by the
Tribunal on 17.11.2022 in MACP No.2186/2019.
2. NFL Order passed in MACP No.2186/2019 by the
Motor Accident Claims Tribunal reveals that total
compensation amount Rs.50,000/- is awarded to the
applicants.
3. Applicants have not withdrawn the aforesaid amount
and therefore it was gone in unclaimed. Hence, it is prayed
that the said amount be recalled and paid to the applicants.
4. On the application, the report of A.O. of Court and
Writ Section are called for. As per report of Account Officer
of the Court, the Tata AIG Gen. Insu. Co. Ltd. has deposited
amount of Rs.25,000/- in MACT Mumbai by NEFT on
18.01.2023 and said amount is invested in the name of
name of A.O. MACT, Mumbai in Bank of Maharashtra,
Goregaon Branch, Mumbai on 26.07.2023.
5. As per the report of Writ Section, High Court order
dtd.21/11/2025 mentioning that there is no any appeal is
filed or received from Hon’ble High Court Website in this

matter till today. Therefore, I pass the following order.
ORDER
The application is allowed.
2. Accounts officer do call back the amount of
Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) alongwith
accrued interest thereon and pay the amount of Rs.5,000/-
each to applicant No.2 and 3 along with proportionate
interest and Rs.15,000/- along with proportionate interest
to applicant No.1, through NEFT/RTGS on furnishing their
bank account details, on due identification, as per
procedure.
3. Application stands disposed off.
