CL AIMS TRIBUNAL, MUMBAI.
IN CLAIM APPLICATION NO.390 OF 2024
The Applicant and Insurer settled the matter before
the Mediator, Shri. M. S. Agrawal on 28.01.2025 vide
Compromise/Consent Pursis vide Ex.19. Both the parties
admitted and agreed the contents of settlement consent
pursis and requested to pass decree as per settlement.
Hence, the following Award:-
A W A R D
1. Application is Allowed in terms of Consent pursis at
Ex.19.
2. Claim is settled for a sum of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees
Forty Five Thousand Only) inclusive of NFL amount, if any.
3. Within four weeks from today insurer shall credit the
aforesaid amount through RTGS / NEFT only in the bank
account of this Tribunal as per following details, failing
which the amount shall carry interest @ 7% p.a. from the
date of award till its realisation.
4. The insurer shall credit the aforesaid amount through
RTGS / NEFT only in the bank account of this Tribunal as
per following details :-

5. On deposit of the amount, Accounts Officer shall
transfer the said amount by way of RTGS/NEFT to the
Bank Account of the claimant(s) as per order on submitting
their bank account passbook photocopies duly verified by
their banker against proper identification by following the
procedure of Law and Rules.
