The matter is amicably settled between the parties before
National Lok-Adalat on 3rd March, 2024 at the Motor Accident
Claims Tribunal, Mumbai as per the terms of settlement for
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) inclusive of NFL
u/S.140 of M.V. Act, if any.
Insurer shall credit the aforesaid amount through
NEFT/RTGS only in the bank account of this Tribunal within 4
weeks from today, failing which the amount shall carry interest
@ 7.5% p.a. from today till the date of actual deposit. Bank
