The matter is amicably settled between the parties for
Rs.19,50,000/- (Rs. Nineteen Lakh Fifty Thousand only)
inclusive of NFL u/S.140 of M.V. Act, if any.
Insurer shall credit the aforesaid amount through
NEFT/RTGS only in the bank account of this Tribunal within
4 weeks from today, failing which the amount shall carry
interest @ 7.5% p.a. from today till the date of actual deposit.

Apportionment order is as under:
 Rs.10,00,000/- be paid to Applicant No.1.
 Remaining amount be equally invested in the
respective names of minor Applicant Nos.2 & 3 in fixed
deposit with any Nationalised bank till they attain the
age of majority.
On deposit of amount, it be disbursed to applicants by
NEFT/RTGS as per apportionment order, on submitting their
bank A/c passbook photocopy duly verified by their banker
and against proper identification by obtaining
acknowledgement thereof. Court fees be refunded as per
rules.
