1. Advocate of the decree holder has filed execution
proceeding for withdrawal of award amount. Report of the
Account officer and Clerk (Writ Department) was called for.
Account officer has given report that the amount of
Rs.1,12,37,254/- is deposited on 16/06/2025 by NEFT vide C-
610/2025. Said amount is invested in UCO Bank, Chowpatty
Branch, Mumbai on 20/06/2025. Clerk (Writ Department) has
given report that there is no stay in the matter by the Hon’ble
Supreme Court.
2. Perused record. As there is no stay by the Hon’ble High
Court, the decree holder is allowed to withdraw the award
amount. Hence, the order
ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) Accounts officer to disburse the amount of
Rs.1,12,37,254/- to the decree holder Smt. Neha Rohit
Vakode alongwith accured interest by NEFT/RTGS.
(iii) Issue letter to Branch Manager, UCO Bank, Chowpatty
Branch, Mumbai accordingly.
