The matter is amicably settled between the parties for
Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two Lakhs Only) inclusive of NFL
U/s.140 of M.V. Act, if any, vide terms and conditions
Exh.14 which is part and parcel of this award.
In view of terms of settlement following Award is
passed :
The Insurer shall credit the aforesaid amount
through RTGS / NEFT only in the bank account of this
Tribunal within 4 weeks from today, failing which amount
shall carry interest @ 7% p.a. from today till the date of
actual deposit. Bank details of Tribunal are as follows.

On such deposition of the amount, Rs.75,000/-
be kept in the name of minor applicant in Fixed Deposit in
any Nationalised Bank till he attains age of majority and
the remaining amount be paid to the minor applicant
through next friend, by NEFT/RTGS, on submitting his
bank account passbook photocopy duly verified by his
banker and against proper identification by obtaining
acknowledgment thereof on payment of deficit court fees, if
any.
