1. Read application. Heard Ld. Advocate Shri. R B Pawar for
applicant.
2. By this application, power of attorney holder of applicant is
seeking permission to represent applicant and receive the
compensation payable to her in terms of award dtd.30/04/2022.
Perused power of attorney (Exh.5).
3. As per the contents of General Power of Attorney, Pankaj
Hiralal Tanna- father of applicant has been appointed as an Attorney
to receive the compensation amount payable to applicant on her
behalf. Applicant has stated her inability to appear personally for
verification as she has gone to Dubai for job. Considering the fact that
applicant is not available due to her personal difficulties, her father,
her constituted attorney can be permitted to receive and invest the
compensation amount in the name of applicant on her behalf by
signing the necessary documents. Hence, the order:-
ORDER
Applicant's father -Pankaj Hiralal Tanna is hereby permitted to
act as the constituted power of attorney of applicant-Jinal Pankaj
Tanna to receive and invest the compensation amount in the name of
applicant on her behalf by signing the necessary documents.
Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
