In MACP No.1898 of 2015
1. Advocate of the claimant Krishna Sunil Wala has
filed application for withdrawal of her share of award amount.
Report of the Account officer and Clerk (Writ Department) was
called for. Account officer has given report that the amount of
Rs.9,21,771/- is balance in her name. It is invested in the
name of A.O. in Bank of Mahasrashtra, Girgaon Branch,
Mumbai on 28/03/2025. Clerk (Writ Department) has given
report that there is no stay in the matter by the Hon’ble High
Court or Hon’ble Supreme Court.
2. Perused record. The name of the claimant was
Krishna Samadhan Londhe. As per Government Gazette 16-22
October, 2025 she has changed her name from Krishna
Samadhan Londhe to Krishna Sunil Wala vide entry number
M-25266788. Said Government Resolution is produced at
Exh.8/1. As there is no stay for withdrawal of said amount of
Rs.9,21,771/-, application is to be allowed. Hence, the order-
ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) Accounts officer to disburse amount of
Rs.9,21,771/- to Krishna Sunil Wala alongwith
accurred interest thereon by NEFT/RTGS.
(iii) Issue letter to Branch Manager, Bank of
Mahasrashtra, Girgaon Branch, Mumbai.
