1. The matter was referred for the mediation on the
request and consent of the applicant and insurer. The
Learned Mediator forwarded the Mediation report Exh.22
by which it is communicated that matter has been settled
through the mediation and mediation became successful.
The Consent Terms Exh.20 of the settlement has been filed
before the Learned Mediator.
2. The applicant along with his Adv. Shri. R. B. Pawar
present before the Court. Adv. Smt. Sapna Bhuptani duly
authorized by the insurance company to settle the matter
also present before the Court. The insurer has authorised
the learned advocate to settle the matter vide letter Exh.21.
Both the parties admitted the contents of the Consent
Terms.
3. The matter is settled for Rs.8,80,000/- (Rupees Eight
Lakhs Eighty Thousand only). Considering the Consent
Terms, authority letter of insurer and report of the learned
mediator, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The matter is disposed of in view of the Consent
Terms below Exh.20.
2. The insurance company shall deposit Rs.8,80,000/-
(Rupees Eight Lakhs Eighty Thousand only) within four
weeks as agreed between the parties from the date of award
in the Account of this Tribunal listed below, if failed,
applicant is entitled for interest @6% p.a. from the date of
order till realisation.

3. On deposit, it be paid to the applicant by way of
NEFT/RTGS as per rules, on due verification.
