(IN MACP NO.1561 OF 2021)
Perused record and proceeding. It appears that
applicant filed present proceeding for execution of award passed
U/s.140 of Motor Vehicles Act dated 14.12.2023. On perusal of
pursis Ex.6 it appears that the Insurer has deposited a sum of
Rs.25,000/- on 24.4.2023. Therefore, applicant is not taking any
other steps for recovery of amount of interest which has calculated
by him to tune of Rs.624/-. Considering this aspect as the award
amount has been deposited by the Insurer and applicant is not
taking any other steps, therefore present execution proceeding
deserves to be disposed off. Accordingly, it stands disposed off.
