IN CLAIM APPLICATION NO.2014 of 2015
1. Applicant- Pallavi Kadiyala who was minor at the time of
presentation of claim application No.2014/2015 and passing of award
before National Lok Adalat held on dtd.13/07/2019, now claims that
she attained majority and produced documentary proof in support
thereof to discharge her next friend-sister.
2. Perused papers and report of Accounts Officer.
3. There is sufficient material placed on record to demonstrate
that applicant has attained majority, therefore, her next friend stands
discharged.
4. A/o is directed to recall the maturity proceeds of the FD and
disburse it to the applicant-Pallavi against proper identification by
following usual office procedure.
5. Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
