1. Advocate for the claimant has filed appliation for

2. It is the contention of Advocate for the claimant
that when the claim petition was filed the injured Neil Satyajit
Chavan was minor. Now he has attained majority and pryaed
for discharging his father as next friend. Per contra, it is the
contention of Advocate for respondent that necessary orders
may be passed.
3. Perused Aadhaar Card at Exh.26 of Neil Satyajit
Chavan. It shows that his date of birth is 30/11/2007. Thus,
he has attained majority on 30/11/2025. Accordingly, his next
friend Satyajit Chavan can be discharged. No harm or
prejudice would be caused to the respondent. Hence, the
order :-
ORDER
(i) The application (Ex.18) is allowed.
(ii) Claimant to carry out the amendment and
produce amended copy within stipulated period
of 14 days.
