The accused is convicted for the offecne P.U.S. 392 of the IPC vide section 241 of the code of Criminal Procedure and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 05 (Five) months.
The accused is further convicted for the offence P.U.S. 147 of the Railways Act vide section 241 of the code of Criminal Procedure and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 01 (One) month.
