ORDER BELOW EXH.–1 IN LOKADALAT
Today the matter is kept in LokAdalat. Informant is
present before the panel. Informant submits before the panel that, he
does not want to proceed with the case. Hence, following order is
passed :
ORDER
1. The accused is acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code vide
Section 320 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled.
3. The muddemal property be returned to the informant,
if already not returned.
