ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH. 1
The informant/property owner has no grievance as
he received stolen property in his possession. Therefore, the
informant/property owner want to compound with the
accused. Hence, the matter is compounded. Therefore, the
order :
ORDER
(01) The matter is compounded and the
accused is acquitted of the offence punishable
under section 411 of the Indian Penal Code vide
section 320 (8) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure.
(02) The bail bonds of the accused are
cancelled.
(03) The seized mobile handset Oppo made,
which is given to the informant on Indemnity
Bond shall be retain by him and Indemnity Bond
is cancelled.
