O- Accused namely Sachin s/o Ashwin Shinde is convicted for the offence punishable under section 145(b) of the Railways Act, 1989 vide section 275 of the BNSS and he is sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in default of payment of fine the accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for 07 (Seven) days.
Accused namely Sachin s/o Ashwin Shinde is convicted for the offence punishable under section 146 of the Railways Act, 1989 vide section 275 of the BNSS and he is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment till rising of the Court and he is also sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default of payment of fine the accused shall suffer Simple Imprisonment for 15 (Fifteen) days.
