O- The accused is convicted for the offence P.U.S. 143 of the Railway Act vide section 246 (3) of the code of Criminal Procedure and he is sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 10000/- I.D.S.I. for 01 (One) Month.
Out of the fine amount, an amount of Rs.4000/- be given to the Western Railway, as a compensation vide section 357 (2) of Cr.P.C.
The accused to surrender his bail bonds.
The seized muddemal be destroyed, as per rules, after appeal period is over.
