O- Accused is acquitted u/s 248 (1) of the Cr.P.C. of the offense u/s 379, 75 of the IPC r/w 137 of the Railway Act.
Accused is confined in Jail, if he is not required in other case/ cases, he should be released immediately. The Judicial Clerk of this court should promptly inform the jail authorities concerned about the said order
The accused shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15000/- as per section 437 (a) of the Code of Cr.P.C. , which shall remain in force till the appeal period
