O- The accused is convicted vide section 241 of the Criminal Procedure Code for the offence P.U.S. 379 of the IPC and he is sentenced to suffer S.I. for 03 (Three) Month and to pay fine of Rs.5000/- I.D.S.I for 01 (One) Month.
