O- The accused is convicted for the offence P.U.S. 379 of the IPC vide section 241 of the code of Criminal Procedure and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 03 (Three) Month and to pay fine of Rs.5000/- I.D.S.I for 01 (One) Month.
The period of detention, if any undergone by the accused during investigation / inquiry or trial of the case, be st off from the term of imprisonment imposed on him vide section 428 of the Code of Cr.PC.
