The sole accused Ratanlal Devji Purohit is reported to be
dead by filing the Application/Pursis Exh.03. The son of the accused has
filed affidavit along with death certificate of accused. The death
certificate shows that he died on 19/09/2024. The Ld. ALO has raised
no objection through his Say. The copy of Death Certificate is
supporting to the said statement. Hence, the proceedings is disposed of
as abated.
