ORDER BELOW EXH. 01.
This is application for condonation of delay. The
original case is filed under section 138 of Negotiable
Instrument Act by the complainant.
Heard learned counsel for complainant.
It is contended by the complainant that there is
delay of 5 days in filing of complaint, due to the remarks were
not uploaded till the final remark dated 06.05.2026 of "Item
Delivered (Sender)" by the postal department.
Having regard to the contents in the application, I
pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) Application of condonation of delay is allowed
subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only.) be
paid to District Legal Service Authority (DLSA).
(ii) Case be registered as "SS" case.
