Vehicle Act. lhe matter is pending since 2019. Prosecutio:
has failed to secure the presence of accused. No fruitful
development appears in the case. ‘Taking into consideration
the facts and circumstances of the case it is fruitless to
proceed further with the case. Hence, in my opinion this is a
fit case to invoke section 258 of the Cr.P.C. Hence I pass the
