Order Details: Special Drive Pdf Text: ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN C.C.NO.21/PS/2022 Accused absent when called out. NBW reports shows that accused is not residing on the given address. In my view, this is a fit case where resort can be taken to the provisions of section 258 of Cr.P.C. to stop the proceeding. 3. Today, the special drive is organized as per the directions of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court vide Letter No.B(Gen)-1001/2025/1684, dated 02.08.2025 to dispose off old and ineffective matters by way of special drive.
