ORDER BELOW EXH.1
(1) This is an application filed by accused seeking permission
to travel abroad for employment purpose.
(2) Perused say filed by I.O. and learned A.P.P.
(3) I have heard both the sides and perused records.
(4) It is contended that accused is seeking permission to travel
abroad for a specific period for employment purpose. Absence of
accused for specific period as mentioned will not cause any prejudice to
the prosecution case. Hence, I pass following order in the interest of
justice, subject to certain conditions :
O R D E R
(1) Application is allowed.
(2) Accused is permitted to travel as per schedule
mentioned in the application for one year from the
date this order on depositing cash security of
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) subject to
valid Visa and Passport.
(3) Accused to file verified copy of his Passport and valid
Visa.

(4) Accused is directed to produce detail schedule of his
travel and the ld. Advocate for the accused is directed

(6) Accused to remain present at the time of filing of
charge-sheet.
