That you accused above named on 20/11/2022 at about
19.00 hours at Near Sintimek Tower, Gulshannagar, Jogeshwari (W),
Mumbai, was found to have consume ganja i.e. narcotic drugs and
thereby you have committed an offence punishable under Section 8 (C)
read with Section 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
Act, 1985.

JUDGMENT
The accused is present. He voluntarily pleaded guilty by
filing an application. I have heard the accused. The accused is
voluntarily pleading guilt. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the accused
on the point of sentence. He prayed for leniency. Considering the
nature of offence and submissions of the accused, I pass the following
order.
ORDER
1. Accused is convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 8 (C) read with Section 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 vide section 252 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/ (Rupees
Three Thousand Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of one month.
2. The amount of above fine be adjusted out of the cash bail
amount deposited by the accused.
3. Copy of the judgment be given to the accused immediately
free of cost.
