ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Police has filed C-Summary report in the matter. Pursuance
to it notice was issued to the informant calling her objection, if any.
Inspite of due service of notice, she did not appear and file her say.
Therefore, application is taken up for consideration without her say. It
appears from police report that after investigation, they came to the
conclusion that offence was neither true nor false. Report is not
objected by the informant. So, it is liable to be accepted. Hence, I pass
following order :
