ORDER

1. The application is filed by applicant/accused requested
for permission to go abroad at U.K. for job purpose for one year
from 14.11.2023 to 14.11.2024 (as mentioned in the application).
The Ld. APP filed his say and objected it.
2. The applicant has filed his copy of passport and copy of
FIR. The applicant undertakes that he will not commit breach of
conditions if imposed by the Court.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and
above discussions, I come to the conclusion that application is
liable to be allowed with certain conditions. Hence I pass
following order :
ORDER
Application is allowed on following conditions :
1) The accused/applicant is permitted to go abroad at U.K. for
job purpose for one year from 14.11.2023 to 14.11.2024 (as
mentioned in the application) subject to undertaking that,
concern Advocate will conduct case without challenging
identification.

2) The accused/applicant shall furnish the documents in respect
of local as well as permanent address of the same.
3) Accused shall also furnish the address of the place of his stay
in abroad.
4) The accused shall submit before the Court the true copies of
his Passport and the Visa.
5) The accused and the Ld Advocate shall cooperate with the
Court for speedy disposal of the case.
6) The accused shall sent copy of this order immediately to
concern police station by speed post for necessary
information.
7) The above permission shall not be used by the
accused/applicant in any manner for any unlawful activity.
