ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1) The complaint is filed on 29.10.2018 and Learned Advocate
for the complainant sought time to affix court fees. Since the filing of
the complaint the matter is pending for affixing court fees.
2) Today, when matter is called out, complainant and his
advocate are absent. As per Rozanama and order dated 29/10/2018
time was granted to complainant for paying deficit Court fees till today
only, failing which the case will be automatically disposed off as
Dismissed in Default. Hence, the case is dismissed in default for want
of payment of court fees.
